Wow! What can I say? Tracie is a health coach like no other!
Tracie developed an exercise routine for me that perfectly accompanies my eating lifestyle (Intermittent Fasting, which by the way, she also introduced me to), takes into consideration my work and social schedule, and accommodates my bad knees…and I have LOST weight during COVID lockdown, instead of gaining it and feeling like a sack of potatoes.
